Antti Oskari Tokoi (1873-1963), a leader of the SDP and in 1917 was the Prime Minister of Finland. After the Civil War he fled Finland and served as an officer of the British-funded and led “Murmansk Legion”. His goal was to “liberate Finland from the German occupiers.” In 1921 he fled to the USA.
